Freight Terms: Orders are F.O.B. Middlesex, NJ unless acknowledged on order or in writing by Fram Trak Industries. Fram Trak Industries reserves the right to charge for special packaging and shipping requested by the Buyer regardless of order amount.
Prices: Subject to change without notice. Product Changes: All Specifications and Descriptions for products in this price sheet are based on current production information. We reserve the right to make changes or discontinue products without notice.
Returns: No product shall be returned without a previously approved Return Authorization from Fram Trak Industries. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are the result of a customer overstock or mis-order. Acceptance of a return for overstock is at the discretion of Fram Trak Industries. In either case, returned products must be received by our factory in the original packaging and fully suitable for resale. Order for NON-stock and Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Buyer shall notify Fram Trak Industries in writing of any alleged defects in the material, latent or otherwise, within seven (7) days after the Buyer learns of the alleged defects, but in no event later than 60 days after Buyer received the material. Buyer shall submit with its notification a sample of the product claimed to be defective and shall afford Seller the opportunity to inspect any material in Buyer's possession.
